For years I listened to Bobbe talk about her ERT thing but never took it seriously. One evening I called her to help me with something. She noticed a strain in my voice and asked me what was up. I told her I hadn't slept in three nights from the intense pain in my neck and shoulder, they were completely frozen. I looked like the hunch back of Notre Dame. She said she had an opening the next morning and asked if I had the time to stop by. Mind you, I didn't believe anything could be done but I was in so much discomfort, I thought it was worth a try. She worked with me with the amount of pain, the limited movement and anything else that came up. I was absolutely astonished that in under an hour and a half, the pain was gone. I had complete mobility of my neck and shoulder. I left saying, "I don't know what this thing that you're doing is, but I'll take it!" Lee M
I've had panic attacks ever since I can remember. The stress of it and anxiety that went with it would stop me from doing anything till it was over; sometimes it would be hours and sometimes days. Bobbe and what she does, the ERT thing, has helped me tremendously. With her guidance and helping know what I can do on my own has really made a difference. When I feel one coming on, I just remember what Bobbe says to do [tap it out] and it prevents it from coming on full force. And the remedies are very helpful too. I had been working with Bobbe for awhile and so much of my life was getting better. One session she asked what would I like to change about my life. Funny, after all the improvements, I still didn't believe it could work on anything so I picked something that I felt it wouldn't help, I had been chronically late to work for years. There was always some reason for me to be late. She took the challenge.
It was truly unbelievable to me that within a couple of weeks, the traffic lights seemed to magically turn green -- meaning I just naturally started to get to work on time. Even my supervisor noticed. I am a believer now that it will work on anything! Zorey
